' Why'

My Lord, why is it so the forces of evil
have always triumphed over goodness
across the troubling millennia
doomed with still new apocalypses?

My Lord, why is it so the humankind
never could choose for the right solutions
the ones that would solve problems
equally justly for everyone ?

My Lord, what is it wrong with us all
that we are spitting on our villains
and when the time is finally ripe
we announce they were heroes ?

My Lord, why aren’t we able
to ignite our freedoms so much
they become wildly available fruits for all
and not just for the few ones ?

My Lord, what should we do
the fires of wars, the blunders of injustice
no longer poison our lands and ourselves
and we’re left in peace, in liberty ?!

My Lord, bring order in this unjust world
ignite minds of people, enlighten humanity
let the world and every single human being
never again experience the flares of evil
